CJ QUINLAN
CJ Quinlan serves as the President for Tactical Applications Group. Mr. Quinlan is a 14-year combat veteran of both Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom I / III. While serving in the Marine Corps, Mr. Quinlan was assigned to numerous positions including, Chief Instructor - USMC Scout Sniper School-Stone Bay, Chief Scout Sniper 3rd Bn. 2nd Mar. as well as Scout Sniper Team Leader during countless Combat Missions. Additionally, he has served in the US Army. Mr. Quinlan was assigned to the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center, ARCENT-SA Generals Staff - Dhahran, Saudi Arabia as well as the Long Range Surveillance Company - Ft. Bragg, NC. Mr. Quinlan was most recently deployed as the Chief Scout Sniper 3rd Bn. 2nd Mar. heavily involved in operations in and around the Al Anbar Province, Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom III.
Mr. Quinlan is an Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board certified Police Officer, as well as being an Instructor in hostage rescue, advanced marksmanship and SWAT operations. He has served as a police officer at the Village, Municipal and County levels with assignments including Patrolman, K-9 handler, and ERU Team Leader. Mr. Quinlan is an expert in Close Quarter Battle and supporting skills, Sniper/Counter-Sniper operations, Fast Rope insertion, High angle entry, and is a USMC Close Combat/Martial Arts instructor. In addition to his instructional duties, Mr. Quinlan is a designer of tactical equipment as well as protective armor products. Over the past 5 years, Mr. Quinlan's designs have been solicited by the Department of Defense as well as numerous Government agencies. As a result, many of his designs are being utilized today by forwrad deployed units of our Military as well as Law Enforcement officers abroad. He is the President of Tactical Applications Group. CHRISTOPHER SHARON Mr. Sharon is an 8 year combat veteran of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. While serving in the US Marine Corps, Mr. Sharon was assigned to numerous positions, most notably, Chief Instructor-USMC Scout Sniper Instructor School, Quantico, VA. Additionaly, he served as Platoon Sergeant, Chief Scout and Team Leader 3rd Bn 2nd Mar. Scout Sniper Platoon during numerous Combat Missions. While deployed as part of Task Force Kabul, Mr. Sharon provided Counter-Sniper support to the protective details for Afghan President Kharazi and the US Ambassador. Mr. Sharon is a Graduate of the USMC Scout Sniper Basic Course, the USMC Scout Sniper Advanced Course, the USMC Urban Scout Sniper Course, the USMC Mountain Warfare Scout Sniper Course, the Special Operations Spotter and Observer Course, and the USMC Scout Sniper Employment Officer's Course. Mr. Sharon has extensive experience as a formal instructor. He is a Department of Defense recognized Formal Schools Instructor as well as being certified in curriculum development. Mr. Sharon is an expert in Sniper / Counter-Sniper operations, Close Quarter Battle and supporting skills, Surveillance / Counter-Surveillance and is a USMC Close Combat / Martial Arts Instructor. In addition to his military background, Mr. Sharon also worked as a contracted Equipment Specialist for Marine Corps Systems Command. His duties included providing subject matter expertise on infantry weapons and sniper systems in support of acquisition programs, conducting environmental and endurance testing on small arms and associated optics and producing and conducting New Equipment Training for Marine Corps Systems Command initiatives. He is the Vice President of Tactical Applications Group. DARRELL ADERS Mr. Aders is currently a trooper with the Illinois State Police, where he has been serving for the past 14 years. He is assigned full-time to the Central Tactical Response Team, which covers 40 counties within Central Illinois. He has been a member of TRT for the past eight years, serving as a member of the state-wide Weapons of Mass Destruction/Terrorism response team, as well as Sniper/Observer. As an operator, Mr. Aders has participated in hundreds of high-risk operations, including one in which he was awarded the Illinois State Police Medal of Valor for actions taken while under fire on two separate occasions. Mr. Aders is assigned additional duties as Range Officer, team armorer, as well as being responsible for assisting in the writing and development of Team SOP's and the Basic Operators course student outlines and curriculum. Mr. Aders is an Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board certified instructor in SWAT operations, dignitary protection, advanced marksmanship as well as vehicle assaults and counter ambush tactics,. He is a certified Clandestine Lab Entry Technician, an expert in Close Quarter Battle and supporting skills, as well as Sniper/Counter-Sniper operations. He is a Lead Instructor for Tactical Applications Group. RANDALL FREY
Mr. Frey is a 12-year veteran of the US Army. While on actice duty Mr. Frey was assigned to numerous positions including Long Range Surveillance Team Leader, Sniper Team Leader, as well as NWTC Mountain Warfare Instructor. As a member of the 5th ID Long Range Surveillance Detachment, Mr. Frey conducted countless Counter-Narcotic missions in support of Joint Task Force-Six. Mr. Frey is a US Army Ranger School Graduate as well as being a US Military Formal Schools (ITC) Instructor. Mr. Frey is an expert in High Angle Entry, Mountaineering as well as Surveillance/Counter-Surveillance. FRANK DEBONIS Mr. Debonis is a 20-year combat veteran of Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom, as well as operation Iraqi Freedom III. Mr. Debonis has served as the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of the USMC Scout Sniper School, Stone Bay. Additionally, he has served as Scout Sniper Platoon Sgt. and Scout Sniper Team Leader on countless combat missions. Mr. Debonis has attended and graduated "Honor man" from the Small Arms Weapons Instructors Course, USMC Scout Sniper School, SOTG Urban Sniper Course as well as the Primary Marksmanship Instructors Course. While stationed at WTBN, Camp Pendleton, he was a member of both the USMC Rifle / Pistol Team and the Combat Rifle / Pistol Team. Mr. Debonis is an expert in Sniper / Counter Sniper operations, Surveillance and Counter-Surveillance, High Angle Entry as well as Advanced Marksmanship. In addition, he is trained in Jungle Operations, Waterborne Infiltration, Assault Climbing and Demolition / Explosive handling. DERRELL HUTCHINSON
Mr. Hutchinson is an 8-year combat veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom III. He was assigned as the Chief Scout - Scout Sniper Platoon, 1st Battalion 6th Marines. Mr. Hutchinson was previously assigned as an Instructor at the Scout Sniper School, Stone Bay. Mr. Hutchinson has attended and graduated the NRA Law Enforcement Precision Rifle course, Special Operations Spotters course, SOTG Urban Sniper course, Close Quarter Battle operators course, as well as S.E.R.E. level-C. Mr. Hutchinson is an expert in Sniper/Counter Sniper operations, Surveillance/Counter Surveillance, Jungle Operations, Air Operations, and is a USMC Close Combat/Martial Arts Instructor. The Instructor Staff of TACTICAL APPLICATIONS GROUP have trained and or operated with members of the following agencies and organizations: - Citrus Co. Sheriff's Office-FL.
